1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Modiste, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Service Description

Modiste designs, produces, and sells custom-fit clothing made to your measurements. All garments are produced by or on behalf of Modiste Studios.

4. Products

All garments are made to your specifications. As custom-made items, exchanges are limited. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before ordering.

5. Measurements and Fit

Custom-fit garments are produced from your provided measurements. Modiste is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. For custom-made garments, refunds may be limited once production has begun. Manufacturing defects are eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Modiste provides the service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of garments or the service.

8. Governing Law

Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, United States of America.
